Brief summary
This tour, designed to run within the region of Lazio, brings you to explore the Simbruini Mountains and the little villages perched all over the mountains.
Climb up with your bicyle steep roads to reach beautiful panoramas and explore the two famous benedictine monasteries with their mystical atmosphere, founded by St.Benedict more than 1000 years ago.
A delicious cuisine awaits you and ancient traditions, brougth to modernity, to learn by the people that have always inhabited these mountains, generation after generation.
At the end of each day, be the guest of our friend and owner Gianni in a very local farmhouse, surrounded by the peace and silence of the forest for a perfect night sleep.
Daily Summary
Arrival and pick up point at Tivoli train station. Transfer by van to a typical farmhouse in the small village of Jenne for check in.During the afternoon, after our bike fitting, we will explore by bike the village and return to the farmhouse for dinner and overnight.
